      roy s Possibly the worst Tarzan movie ever. Plot was non-existent, special effect laughable, mixed in black and white stock footage in to "color" movie, less exciting than a trip to the supermarket. The best acting was done by the chimp. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member The best thing going for this remake is the fact that is it is in colour, bringing out the best of the visuals that the Johnny Weissmuller series lacked. It is however a pale imitation of that series with a disturbing reference to how animals were treated during the period this was filmed in.
