You just want them to be together but it appears they will do whatever they can to ruin everything. You will get sucked in and wonder why you were watching it until the end. The concept isn't really engaging going into the movie but it all makes sense at the end. Seems to lack the magic of his earlier works but Kohli manages to maintain an entertaining narrative. It grows dull towards the end with the 1910 bit but the other parts are well presented. Nothing spectacular about the acting-Shahid and Priyanka are decent- but not particularly special performances from either. Shahid as lovely as ever and Priyanka glorious hottie at their bests! Kohli has given equal importance to each of the 3 era's and has confidently delivered the Love & Destiny Show. Hard work on Art direction & costume design is obviously fantastic. To the film's credit, three generations of love pass by in a breeze. But unfortunately the twists in the end are quite airy as well. The film tries to tie up three different stories but their much anticipated climax seems nothing more than a convenient Mills & Boon surprise. if not for the slight slip in screenplay of the climax Tere Mere Kahaani would have been Super-Awesome! Off course they not interrelated anyways, and yes no reincarnation staffs here. only thing i liked was Prachi Desai guest appearance in retro look. Musics average, no twist and suspense and yeah like Fanaa there was some shayear (4 lines poetry).
