Audience Member Maxxy Max here- Love love love this crazy take on family life. When you see this movie you'll get your head checked to make sure your mind isn't blown to bits. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Early work from cult director Jon Moritsugu is a cross between John Waters, Andy Warhol, Takeshi Miike, and was produced by Troma. Strange Japanese-American family seems to be rapidly spinning out of control with the mother whoring herself out, the father just quit his job, the daughter is a skank, and between the twin sons one is a drug dealer and the other is in the closet. So you can only imagine what transpires, well made nevertheless by keeping the raw shock value high, having a hardcore soundtrack, and by actually making a statement even in the midst of total anarchy.
