While still a teen himself, Donny (Adam Sandler) fathered a son,Todd (Andy Samberg), and raised him as a single parent. On Todd's 18th birthday, Donny cut the youth loose. After years of estrangement,the older man shows up unexpectedly on the eve of his son's wedding day, sending the young man's life into a tailspin. Donny wants desperately to reconnect with Todd, but he must now deal with the repercussions of the bad parenting he exhibited in the past.

This movie staring Adam Sandler was pretty funny but the starting was unnecessary and disgusting. When you get more into it, you start to get a good laugh and chuckle at times although the ending feels a bit rushed.

I can't believe how unpopular this HILARIOUS movie is. I laughed out loud, alone, so many times while watching it. Really nice message about how a POS can be a good guy while still dealing with a lot of trauma, too.

I've never heard of this movie, and now I wish I didn't. I'm a Sandler fan, love low-brow humor, but I had to turn this off after 1 hour. Didn't laugh once and Sandler's voice in this is annoying. Apparently he won the worst actor of the year award the year this movie came out.
