Just a couple of flops: María Valverde is and looks way too young for her role, specially at the end of the film, and Ivana Baquero's performance and dialogue wasn't really natural. Para mi gusto la pelicula se queda un poco en la superficie, en narrar hechos pero sin transmitir las emociones, y Maria Valverde, aunque se desenvuelve bien, es demasiado joven para su papel. Al inicio las bombas te mantienen en en tension y luego ves pasar la vida de un anarquista y su familia, en plena pre-, en, y post guerra civil (incluyendo el fin de la Segunda Guerra Mundial). Un hombre que hace de su vida una lucha permanente y una familia que le seguiria hasta la muerte si fuese necesario. Destaca la adoracion/obsesion de su mujer y la fe ciega de su hija... Magnífico contraste entre la dureza de la historia y la admiracion que provoca ver que el amor familiar puede con todo.
