Audience Member A film with some promise, The Choke never really delivers in any satisfying way, and the narcissistic musician characters get extremely tiresome before the credits finally roll. This one wasn't too bad, it's a half decent premise and the production values are actually pretty good. If they'd have done it for laughs, maybe in a Hot Fuzz style, it would have been great. Nice little psycho speach at the end and some hilariously unfortunate deaths.
