Audience Member About the level of a budget afterschool special; still able to see the potential of Britt(any) Robertson for future work Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member This film can now be found in Bargain Bins...suitably so. It is billed as "The new Generation Of Ghost Busters" and although the story is about a supposed ghost that haunts a forest, there are no ghosts in sight! "Ghostbusters" this is not. It's a regular comedy drama about a bunch of kids, has a painfully simple plot and is as sugary as a "Lassie" movie...minus the dog! The cover artwork shows a buggy which appears for only a couple of minutes in the story and has supposedly been invented by one of the young characters who, quite frankly, is so unbelievable as an inventor. The kids' acting is only slightly above what you would expect for their age group and NONE of them deserve to front a movie at this stage in their careers. The photography cannot go unmentioned either; it's poor! And the closing credits are accompanied by a song recorded by a girl who is obviously just out of stage school and has been mislead into believing she has a future in the business! It'll keep the children content for an hour and a half, but don't expect the adults to be amused! Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Read all reviews
