nicole h This is one of the creepiest "based on real life" films I've seen. A young, experienced ships pursor is given cmmond oa the rescue of the cruise ships passengers when all but about 24 ( i think) people end up on a lifeboat, In order to keep the small craft afloat, he has to make decisions for which he is ill-prepared. Some people become expendable. After being rescued, he is brought to trial for deaths of the passengers who died on that lifeboat. It is a tale of a man's torment in an unimagined situation that causess him to play God, Sheen 9and the other survivors) are extremely good, Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member This is a little known gem, you might have caught it on TV one saturday afternoon in the mid 80's!
