Audience Member ... it's no Academy award winner but I believe it deserves higher ratings then I have seen .. Corman did a superb job directing .. and William Campbell does a solid acting job .. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member another race pic with lot o romance thrown in for good measure Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Roger Corman directs this rather boring film about auto racers in the Grand Prix in Monaco. It doesn't come off like Corman put much effort into this one, or that he really cared. I get the impression he was just making a movie to make a movie, and was able to use the Grand Prix location, and maybe some footage...so he took advantage of that. The acting is stiff, and the movie isn't goofy enough to enjoy in a so bad its good kind of way. Plenty of more enjoyable Corman Classics to go for before I'd watch this. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Bad Roger Corman movie, which there are so many... Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member This is really just another stupid romance movie, but with the main characters being race car drivers. It's really boring unless you really enjoy watching car racing and think that should be combined with a romance movie. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Ok, this was really soap operaish! Not the best but not the worst either. Good story line about a womanizing race car driver and a scorned man. Good tale about friendship and just when you think there's impending doom, a happy ending emerges. Alberto Abuín Espinof The duration is one of the film's tricks, which never gets boring, but shows a certain awkwardness when exposing some of its situations. [Full Review in Spanish] Apr 25, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews
