In the future, society has evolved past wars, utilizing a televised murder show call the "Big Hunt." Caroline Meredith (Ursula Andress) is a hunter looking to kill her tenth victim, after which she can retire wealthy. Her prey, Marcello Polletti (Marcello Mastroianni), does his best to avoid her traps. After a deal with a sponsor, Meredith plans to kill Polletti on camera as part of a commercial. However, romantic feelings between the combatants start to complicate the hunt.

I thought it was a blast from the past. Like the original Death Race 2000 it's not supposed to be taken seriously. They both do a great job of lampooning sports and society.

You can't get any more mid 60's Italian pop-art absurd than this thoroughly fun movie. The terrific skippy jazz score is a plus. Highly recommended to fans of hip kitsch
