Injured U.S. soldier Miles Willis awakens after witnessing a blinding white light on a battlefield in Iraq to discover he is trapped in a mysterious cube armed only with his combat gear. His dire situation escalates as the cube begins to change with violent shifts in gravity and the appearance of cryptic writing on the walls. As Miles begins to question his sanity, he finds a lifeline -- a voice on the other end of his satellite phone who claims to be a prisoner in a similar space. As the walls close in, these two strangers must put their heads together if they are to outwit their captors and unlock this deadly puzzle.

A claustrophobic story such as this one relies heavily on ingenuity and good acting to make you care. The ever-game Jonathan Rosenthal does just that.

A soldier (Jonathan Rosenthal) is somehow abducted and placed in a mysterious cube which he cannot escape. A strong performance from the lead anchors this claustrophobic sci-fi tale of psychological horror and mystery. An example of how to make a good film on a low budget.

I thought this movie was quite good! Very smart.. loved how Miles and Damsey got to see each other...that almost made up for the ending that wasn't an ending. So many different ways this could've went instead of what happened..which basically had nothing to do with the movie .. unless you surmise that implied aliens: alien ship was annihilated..even tho they were warned we stand together when threatened. Impressive acting.

The actings good, but I'd like to have seen who or what "They" were sometime during the movie, or the aircraft "They" were flying in at movie's end. The actors talking on their phones touching their hands against the wall as the ending's payoff did not make this movie worth watching.

Synopsis
