Interesting watch with uncertain point. Is the pregnancy being revealed in the end another reference to the Virgin Mary, similar to Godard’s Hail Mary? We will never know.

Interesting slow moving vignettes with very few edits, little plot and plenty of lingering shots of the main character Eva fit the pace of a sleepy hot August in Madrid. I especially enjoyed the mysterious and ambiguous ending, but also enjoyed the slow pace and beautifully detailed low- contrast cinematography that lead to that unexpected end.
