Audience Member my palms were sweating in this heart pounding true story Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member For anyone who was blown away for Joe Simpson's 'Touching the Void', this will take you on a journey to his soul. It demonstrates what gives Joe, and many like him who embark on these endeavours, that almost suicidal desire to experience something that they can't get elsewhere. Combined with some stunning footage of the Eiger, it is definitely worthy viewing for anyone who feels a spiritual connection to the mountains. :) Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Not a patch on Into the void, interesting despite Simpson not because of him Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Anyone the loves the mountains will surely appreciate this documentary. Being told by Joe Simpson and compared to his own recent experiences helps the viewer have better understanding of the story of the North Face of Eiger.
