An anthology of three of comedian W.C. Fields' most popular short films. In "The Golf Specialist," wanted fugitive J. Effingham Bellweather (W.C. Fields) takes to the golf course for an unusual game. In "The Fatal Glass of Beer," Mr. Snavely (also Fields) welcomes his black sheep son (George Chandler) back home to the Yukon wilderness. Finally, as "The Dentist," Fields struggles to prevent daughter Mary (Marjorie Kane) from marrying the iceman while dealing with difficult patients.
