The acting is not as bad as some are making it out to be. It serves it purpose. The main issue is the writing and the characters, specially the main character who is an absolute pain all the way through.

The entire movie looked cheap, was directed poorly and acted even worse. The movie has no scares and doesn't know how to scare its audience or even create and real sense of tension. I can take a low budget horror but this was awful.
