The Comeback Trail might appeal to the TCM crowd if it had a tighter screenplay and better balanced its messy blend of sophisticated themes and lowbrow humor. But it’s little more than a bunch of aging fellas farting around without much direction.

Really enjoyed the movie. Seeing all those big stars together was iconic plus also enjoyed Zack Braff and the girl that played Megan. All in all, it was a lot of fun more like movies from 20 years ago

I laughed out loud. This is a wonderful movie. Unexpected. Never a slow moment. Acting was great. Script excellent. Just so funny. It was a breath of fresh air.

I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this movie from start to end. I think George Gallo really delivered a hysterical and well rounded film with great performances from some of Hollywood’s veteran actors. The opening with the Nuns is hysterical and I liked the cameo of Nick Vallelonga (Green Book). DeNiro easily sells the part of the slimy filmmaker, Morgan Freeman is excellent as is the over the hill potential victim , Tommy Lee Jones. Kudos, loved it!!

Morgan Freeloader ruins another film. Great cast let down by Freeloader who sleep walks through film. When is hokeywood going to realize his time has long past.
