Dexter J I consider this one of the better Bruce exploitation films. Bruce Li an All Star martial arts cast. The plot is simple. Bruce is the new police captain. His job is to clean up corruption and since the local police force isn't up to the job then he just recruits the criminals. I like it because some of the characters have a little backstory and it has this spaghetti western feel. And the villains are very entertaining and how they try to oppose the captain and his rag tag band of men. And with a final fight scene that really has a lot of heart. I'm not going to say it's one of the best martial arts movies I've ever seen but it is one of the more entertaining ones.
