[Cillian] Murphy is fascinating as a well-meaning man who is regularly a jerk, and the film slowly excavates his psychology; Murphy is especially still in this, as other people orbit around him and push his life in various directions.

The whole darn thing is overwritten. Everyone is on autopilot. Everyone can do better. Nobody - especially a sleepy [Cillian] Murphy - is aware of just how bad a film they're dealing with.

This story starts off and you instinctively know what's going to go down. Couples from similar backgrounds get together, talk, have a glass of wine and go home. Except its not enough for one of the women who craves attention and finds it in her friend's husband. They go along having an affair and pledging their love for each other. However her lover fails to mention her husband is dying and he takes advantage of that situation. It's sad that the characters in this little game are so weak and creepy. They all get what they deserve in the end.

I just watched this movie it seems I can't stop thinking about it. I truly think that Jim loved Yvonne she told him to go away and he did now she wants him back what did she think he was going to put his life on hold . I truly think that Orla loves him I don't know if he loves her I just want him to be happy. His life was a mess for a long time now Yvonne know's the pain that Jim felt what goes around comes around.

It took me more than one viewing to appreciate the movie. Jim is a complex character, not so much the other ones. It's worth a watch. Great acting.
