Jonathan Romney Financial Times Utterly individual, this is one bank robbery film that writes its own cheques. Rated: 5/5 Mar 21, 2024 Full Review Tim Cogshell FilmWeek (KPCC - NPR Los Angeles) I really like the concept of the film, but whack 30 minutes out of this thing, man. C'mon! Nov 29, 2023 Full Review Peter Rainer FilmWeek (KPCC - NPR Los Angeles) I wish it hadn't been so long and attenuated towards the end, but it's definitely still worth seeing. Nov 29, 2023 Full Review Daniel Allen Loud and Clear Reviews Moreno first presents a heist as mundane as his characters’ lives before complexifying things. This is partly a film of hitches, the pressures and complications of staying in prison or keeping up appearances. Yet it is also ever-shifting. Rated: 3.5/5 Jul 25, 2024 Full Review Michael Wood London Review of Books Curiously absorbing and bewildering. May 2, 2024 Full Review Kevin Harley Radio Times The Delinquents contemplates the allure of a life lived freely with charming, freewheeling style. Dani G It takes its time... No hurries to tell the story. Beautiful cinematography Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 09/19/24 Full Review yves b An exceptionally good film, an absolute stand-out in the sea of mediocrity that the movie biz sees fit to unleash upon us. Since the beginning of the year I have seen on the big screen more than 90 films. I felt none but but three or four were worth my time (Bonello's The Beast, Ilker's Takar's The Teachers' Lounge, Ana Vaz's NIghtttime in America, and of course this one. I can't imagine seeing a better film this year. Although one can dream, can't one? The brief Robert Bresson homage in the middle of the picture a delightful surprise, sort of a cherry-on-top. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/31/24 Full Review Audience Member Very boring. It tried so hard to be interesting and arty, but failed horribly at both. Nails-on-a-chalkboard kind of movie Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/28/24 Full Review Audience Member Torture to watch! my husband and I came up with a dozen more interesting and clever plot twists and endings they could have gone with. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/24 Full Review Tonatiuh C muy buenas escenas, situaciones y diálogos, demasiada larga Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/08/24 Full Review Nefasto R It could have been over long, without being "too much overly long", but I liked the premises and its quirky moments.
