Essential viewing for anyone interested in real yoga. Ayurveda is the yogic medical system and this film gives us a glimpse into the life of the man who brought this science of healthy living to the west. But perhaps the most interesting aspect of the film is Dr. Lad's personal life. He is not afraid to say 'I love you' in public to his wife and his adult son. The words just come out of him naturally. In a time when toxic masculinity is being exposed here is a role model of healthy masculinity.
