Despite its silly premise, The Drone was one of the most fun and memorable possessed object horror movies you're ever likely to see. It absolutely deserves to fly into your home video collection.

Let's be real, you can't take this movie really seriously. I won't write a long review because the movie isn't supposed to be taken seriously, it's just pure dumb. I'm sure that the people who worked on the film just had fun making this. Anyway, if you are bored and want to watch something easy that is made just ridiculous, this is right for you.

Typically horror films close with a hint that the evil may not quite have been vanquished, leaving the door open to any number of sequels. Hilariously, Rubin's film achieves this effect merely by ending as it began: with yet another drone shot.
