V Only finished watching because I was paying more attention to my crossword. A vague, pointless plot (if there even IS a plot) failed to give any motivation, personality, or meaning to the film. Confusing to have American and British accents for German soldiers - especially when we know nothing about them or their purpose. Laura Jean Marsh was perhaps the only character with any redeeming qualities. The rest of the cast, with a few forgettable exceptions, managed to both overact and deliver stiff, wooden performances. Dialogue was abysmal. Sound was spotty - not that it mattered to hear what the characters were saying, anyway. Call of Duty cutscenes have more emotion and presence.
