A sombre and sobering script to support the serious and occasionally incisive performances of the cast who bring it to life. The film plays as a docudrama, which is compounded by its camerawork and editing (whether intentional or not). It very much feels like a nod to the original scriptwriter who pushed for a drama of events in 1987, but was refused by the BBC, and it is impactful as a result
