Paul Lê Bloody Disgusting The original Fear earns points just for having an ambitious if not flawed story. The sequel, on the other hand, takes the essence of the first film and delivers it inside a sleeker and more entertaining package. Rated: 3/5 Oct 19, 2023 Full Review Michael Dequina TheMovieReport.com Does offer some amusements of the unintentionally comedic variety--and how could it not, when the killer is an ancient totem/mannequin named Morty? Audience Member The Fear films can be a tad puzzling. Both films involve a group of collegians who get together in attempt to get over their fears. Somehow, a wooden mannequin "Morty" is brought into the picture to help. Of course Morty's idea of help is death. On paper these films sound interesting. The films themselves? Eh. They're not complete duds just not great. Worth the view for horror fans' sake. This sequel features Betsy Palmer, best known as Ms. Voorhees from the original Friday The 13th. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Not a good film at all.
