Mitch C Oct 2 It's got an interesting first half, fairly quick character establishment and intriguing if a little corny dialogue. It's not chocked full of happenings barring one scene at the emergency door which was fairly entertaining if not exactly imaginable It's very much a movie that would have been better suited to a Twilight Zone or Outer Limits episode than a feature but nevertheless it holds up as a sci-fi movie that's worth a watch. See more PJ M @PJM143 09/30/2023 We just started watching old Science Fiction movies from the 50's on. There are SO MANY on the Streaming Channels. We really liked this Sci-Fi Film THE FLIGHT THAT DISAPPEARED. It had the feel of a Twilight Zone Episode with a moral quandary. The special effects were pretty great considering this was 62 years ago. We got a kick out of some of the things happening on the plane. It had a Huge aisle with everyone smoking and a lounge in the back. It had to be one giant Propeller Plane ! If you are looking for an oldie but goodie, this is for you. 1 hour and 11 min of entertainment. I wish I knew if was a big hit back then! See more John X 07/13/2023 A fantastically thrilling exploration into the realm of uncertain flight sorta stuff. It does feature the head turning Bernadette Hale who seems to have disappeared after this film. See more Read all reviews
