kevin c Dax Shepard and Katie Aselton play a married couple who have a great relationship however their sex life has fallen by the wayside. They agree to give each other a free pass for a night which may cause more harm than good to their relationship. Well acted little indie film which was also directed by star Katie Aselton. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member It's well acted, but it turns out to be just another film about a boring, straight, white, monogamous married couple. It presents a message that is no different than any other Hollywood film about a couple in a similar situation. It suggests that anything that deviates from a "normal" monogamous heterosexual relationship is wrong, and no matter how much trust you believe is rooted in your relationship, nothing will stop you from falling into a jealous rage with your partner. It simply not saying anything new or interesting. We've seen endless films explore relationships from this perspective. It would have been nice if Aselton was willing to bring something new to this area of discussion. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member It drowns under the weight of it's boring and slow story. Honesty is the best policy and when a couple can't be honest with each other then it's time to get out especially when it's as dull as this one. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member an honest but ultimately predictable movie about how fragile love can be. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Blue Valentine covered the theme of a crumbling marriage much better. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Cute movie with a moral tale Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
