V N Aug 12 The soundtrack is too loud and overwhelming which detracts from the movie itself. Also why didn't they choose a Latvian speaking male actor as the lead? We could not understand Jonathan Rhys Meyers' Latvian . We are Latvian speaking and found it difficult to understand his Latvian. The movie needed to have english subtitles . Perhaps he should have spend more time with his vocal coach trying to perfect his spoken Latvian. Thought the plot was good otherwise. See more Read all reviews
