Ted H This fun TV movie plays like a small budget version of Ocean's 11. A smooth criminal named Harkey enlists three cohorts to help pull off a series of diamond thefts along the Pacific coast. Each works on his own in a different city and then joins the others as they make their escape "hiding in plain sight" as passengers on an interstate bus. Though this is a caper flick, there is a fair amount of comedy sprinkled throughout. Some of it comes from having to improvise when things don't go as planned. But the best part is when they find another passenger on the bus who is the last person they want to see. Gig Young is fun as the mastermind who has to keep the whole plan on track, and Robert Walden is enjoyable playing the inept member of the scheme who is their weakest link.
