Tim Midley (Simon Webb) is a good-looking young man who still resides at home with his controlling mother, Mildred (Andrea Rankin). Employed to monitor pollution levels at the nearby factory, Tim has his mundane life shaken up when the married Mrs. Friendly (Nicola Cavendish) attempts to seduce him. After Tim's mum is hospitalized, things get more complicated as Anita Newlove (Susinn McFarlen), a local stripper, begins staying at his house and assuming an oddly maternal role.
