Paul Brunick New York Times So artistically well-intentioned and earnest in its ambitions that you can almost forgive the banality of its every scene. Rated: 2.5/5 Sep 9, 2011 Full Review Eric Hynes Time Out Movies often make too much of that truism, but surprisingly committed performances from actors like these can still make it feel like something meaningful. Rated: 3/5 Sep 7, 2011 Full Review Aaron Hillis Village Voice Ridiculously implausible yet still predictable. Sep 6, 2011 Full Review Brent Simon Shockya.com An engaging movie about commingled grief and regret, well staged and captured by cinematographer Claudine Sauve in a manner that works with the material to effect a depressive, melancholic tone. Rated: B- May 16, 2011 Full Review Fred Topel Screen Junkies Now this is drama!... just throws the most awful situation at her characters and watches them deal with it. Apr 25, 2011 Full Review Jim Slotek Jam! Movies Off-beat delivery and acting redeem this modestly budgeted "redemption" story. Rated: 3.5/5 Apr 22, 2011 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Braff and Blais were great in this movie, but there was too much depressing reality to make this very enjoyable. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member 3/5 --- Two strangers collide one nite and their present and future changes as the past catches up. A well acted movie with two character we get to delve into emotionally. Recommended for the story and life lesson. Zach Braff does it again! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Not particularly enjoyable, but vaguely intriguing. We knew the end from the beginning, but the setting in a bilingual city was a nice touch. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member somewhat of a predictable story but with great acting by the two leads. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Noooo! NO! This movie was just garbage in general. Now, I'll give it this, it was good for what it was, a tragedy, but not ONE hint of happiness, or hope, and such an abrupt ending, I got op and screamed. MUST AVOID UNLESS DRINKING GAMES ARE ACTIVE Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Frances H Deeply moving film dealing with conscience, human connection, grief, loss, and trying to make amends. A very emotionally charged film with a story that gets you really involved with and caring about the characters. Zach Braff and Isabelle Blais give gripping performances, and the story is riveting.
