      pamela b Typical Christmas movie that are all so bad and predictable...but I sometimes like to watch over the holidays. The acting was horrible but the thing hardest to watch was "Kip's" hairstyle. I honestly wanted to reach into the television and fix it!!! Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 12/30/23 Full Review Kelly H This movie has one of the most stunning backgrounds I've seen for a Christmas movie. Lush, cold, cozy... I kept expecting Santa to actually fly by. So. Good! BUT the shocking lack of chemistry between Kip and Sunny, is overwhelming. And I'm not like that. But, dang! You almost lost me until the "song" moment. Had they also danced in that scene this would be a 5 star. That's always automatic. I wanted so badly to want those two together. Almost got there during the "what happened between us" scene. But, no. Pulled back by Lifetime acting. (Which is one of my guilty pleasures. So.Good! ) Watched this movie twice. It is an excellent example of the Lifetime Movie Formula genre. And I'll watch it again. <3. But for the love of my old maid aunt, smidgen of chemistry. Please. Teeny. Tiny. Bit. I felt like she shouldn't have offered to sacrifice her job, if sacrifice she must. OK, but Jesse Kove. Where has he been all my life? Cut that 80's preppy flop off and have him slouch less? Yummy. He's actually a good actor. Feels like he did this as a favor, so why isn't he among the stars? I feel like he should be a Cloony or Hugh Grant. Someone go...do that. LOL. But, like my review is supposed to feel, this light, silly, COZY, holiday movie has me feeling a way. So. good! Later that evening..... I should have watched the whole movie first. Take that as you will..... Goodnight.
