I love gore and body horror. The Human Centipede is one of my favorite body horror films but I really really hate The Human Centipede II. They overused shock value to a distasteful extent and the story was not put together well. I can get behind shocking and disturbing but they really just tried too hard to be artsy or whatever. All I have to say is watch the first one if you want people getting their faces sewn to butts.
