What to Know

Critics Consensus

Human Centipede fans may find enough extreme body horror in the third installment to satisfy, but filmgoers of every other persuasion are strongly advised to stay far, far away from Final Sequence.

David Jenkins Little White Lies Six wants us to be horrified by the content of his movie, but it's the form that's more likely to provoke haemorrhage-inducing face palms. Rated: 1/5 Jul 10, 2015 Full Review Wendy Ide Times (UK) Scenarios served up in the name of entertainment include castration, boiling-waterboarding and rape. Ultimately, the reason this film is unwatchable is the shouty, spitty overacting from Dieter Laser. Rated: 0/5 Jul 9, 2015 Full Review Peter Bradshaw Guardian Queasy though it is to admit it, there is something compelling about its extreme horror. Rated: 3/5 Jul 9, 2015 Full Review Emma Wolfe SpookyAstronauts I did find it really hilarious. It was pretty gross but I laughed out loud several times. Rated: 6.5/10 Jun 1, 2021 Full Review Oscar Goff Boston Hassle [Laser] provides an energy sorely lacking in the rest of the film, which limps through a series of tired prison rape jokes and casual racial stereotypes. Jul 24, 2019 Full Review Deirdre Crimmins Film Thrills I had such high hopes for Human Centipede 3. I wanted to love it like I love the first two films, but instead I was simply not impressed. Viktor K Third Human Centipede is like American Psycho in Texas prison. It is dark comedy about unstable egomaniac who wants respect from others. Dieter Laser (rip) performence was hileriously good, theatrical and grotesque. You ould understand if you would stand under that sun. People maybe think this was "too much" but not really. Its just a absurd movie about fcked up protagonist. Wake up. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/19/24 Full Review Audience Member Too sexual, I don't see the reason behind it. It's not bad, but not comparable to the first and second human centipede. Actors did an amazing job. Tom Six playing Tom Six? Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/10/24 Full Review Louis S I think Tom Six owes me 1hr 43mins Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/28/24 Full Review B G Finally, the nightmare horrorfest is over! Like the first two films, this makes you wanna hurl. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/24/24 Full Review Bobo S Still Better than Rebel Moon I will watch this again. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/25/24 Full Review Serenity R Most boring movie I've ever watched. Took a whole hour just to get to the human centipede 🤦🏽‍♀️. WORST HOUR OF MY LIFE. Gross and disgusting behavior. No gory images, only about 3 good scenes. They had no idea what to put in this script because the character looked stupid and autistic.
