Reviews In this animation, Rufus (Robin Edwards) heads to the Mirrored Kingdom to fulfill his dream of opening a barbershop. Unfortunately, he discovers that no one in the land gets a haircut, in honor of the unkempt hairdo of King Cuthbert (Peter Egan). But the king's mile-long beard isn't a style choice -- it's the result of a spell cast by his wicked brother, Jasper (Colin McFarlane). Audience Member The only words for this film are 'whismical' and 'fun'. It's a lot of fun to watch. A lot of it is intentional: the characters are likeable, the music is catchy, the humor usually hits its mark, the designs and backgrounds are creative and the worldbuilding of this fantasy setting is clever and interesting. Some of it, admittedly, is, however, unintentional, such as the occasionally off acting or the weird frames the (mostly good) animation throws sometimes. It's a mix of creativity and insanity that will delight both children and adults alike (provided the latter turn their logic sense off for the duration).
