The women actors in this film have excellent camaraderie, and the cast chemistry does a lot of the heavy lifting. If only the plot didn’t try to do so much and lose its way, The Last Showgirl would have been a much stronger film overall.

Palema Anderson is just an amazing woman, this movie inspired me as a young woman that it’s never too late to keep doing what you love. No matter your age, you’re still beautiful and should be comfortable in your own skin no matter what people say. We’re not young forever but the goal is to always love yourself until your last breath. Loved this movie.

This movie seems to be trying to perpetuate the dumb blonde persona. I wish that it had emphasized that people really do learn a lot by the time they are seniors even if they don't plan well for the future.
