Evan L I don't even like this movie, I'm just giving it 5 to be funny. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/14/21 Full Review Audience Member This is one of those movies that can best be described as „an insult of what made the first movie so amazing" if you grew up watching the original. But if you haven't, you'll see It as a slightly corny, watchable family movie at worst. The animation is... well the backgrounds are fine, clearly not the worst CGI that came out of 2008 (although It's also not the best), It's just the shame that in contrast with something like Illumination's Lorax, It doesn't even try to recreate the feeling of the original. Speaking of which, the character designs are atrocious and completely lack the charm of the beloved characters of the first movie – or any kind of charm for that matter – and so many of them are rather obnoxious. The biggest insult of the movie, which is showing the face of the *insert cringe here* „Smoothskinner" is... not as much of a bad idea as most fans of the Little Fox think It is. I really hated It, since (again, in contrast with the Lorax) It doesn't even try to convey a message or lesson and It's only there to create a black and white morality. Like, we had the fox with his tail cut off (I can't remember his name), who attempted to kill the titular character, when he was just a cub, so clearly not all foxes are pure and therefore, not all humans are evil. Speaking of which... It's a more realistic way to portray them. Yes, as much of a hard pill to swallow, there are people who are good, care about nature and want to help the animals. Still, what I think they should've done is having the good humans crouch down to the level of the animals, while the villains always stand, symbolizing their pride and refusal to lower themselves to the „inferior species". But that didn't happened. I could talk about other stuff, that's just dumb, like the rapping crow (insert the Titanic animated movie's rapping dog reference here) or the ringleader apparently came into possession of Jafar's snake staff, but those aren't part of the big picture. So, yeah, I'm not recommending It, as a movie you should show to your kids, but I also wouldn't call It the worst thing ever. It's just unnecessary and boring. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member what a trash, oh my God! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Ezt a filmet miért kellett elkészíteni? A filmnek semmi értelme, az animáció borzalmas. Láttak már Dreamworks és Pixar filmeket a készít?k? Ne nézzétek meg. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Go to imdb and you will find this cartoon at the bottom of the list of the 100 worst movies of all time but don't weigh too much into that. The fact is that it gets a lot of hate because it takes the original Vuk (which was an absolute waste of a movie, though the Hungarians would have you believe otherwise) and according to the Hungarians destroys the story. That said The Little Fox 2 isn't a good cartoon it is rather dull and the animation isn't the greatest, plus the rapping bird was almost too much to stomach. But it is nowhere near as bad as the Hungarians are trying to make everyone believe, by campaigning, everyone to vote it into the bottom spot of the imdb bottom 100.
