Audience Member Definitely the most entertaining Troma movie I've seen in years, this is a stylish, yet completely insane, mix of comedy and horror with endearingly bad editing and acting (although some scenes are quite well acted) and the gore effects are well done and not for the squeamish. The soundtrack is just as awesome, matching the wacky tone of the movie to a tee. All in all, a near perfect B-movie experience, and not at all what I was expecting from either of the film's titles. Way to go, Troma Team! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Some of the most awkward uncomfortable dialog ever put to film...and it was intentional. LA Maniac is quite decent for a low budget movie. It is obvious the actors aren't very experienced, but they do give it all. And to be honest, the characters are pretty interesting, especially the serial killer himself. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews
