Brody S I'm not sure how to feel about this movie. It was alright at some points of the movie, but there are definitely way more weak points. Smooth Operator is him, though. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/29/24 Full Review Michael V The most shittiest movie i've ever watched till the end 🤣 Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/24 Full Review Mu S Eu tinha altas expectativas para esse filme, porém foi mais uma decepção que enfrentei, além de muito chato é um fracasso total. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/29/23 Full Review MrRetrojay Some of the worst, cheesiest acting, even for a WWE movie this is plain bad. Synopsis is simple enough, rip off the karate kid, and find an old mask that gives you super powers to become a wrestler. I'm think the kid is 11 but this was written for a 4 year old (if that). Avoid at all cost. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 07/09/23 Full Review Lucas T With sloppy performances, bad CGI, and unexperienced casting, The Main Event comes up to be more of an opening match on the card. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 11/28/22 Full Review Nathan B Really poor acting, terrible jokes and a nonsensical plot make this a terrible experience for everyone watching. Roxana Hadadi Pajiba The only purpose of this movie is to extend WWE's marketing arm into the Netflix realm. The only purpose! I cannot think of any other reason why The Main Event exists. May 9, 2020 Full Review Steve Pond TheWrap Fitfully amusing and doggedly heartwarming, albeit in ways you can see coming a mile off. Apr 13, 2020 Full Review Nick Allen RogerEbert.com It's not about the hard work that's intrinsic with all of wrestling, so much as the WWE's open willingness to sacrifice its core values for lazy family-friendly amusement. Rated: 1.5/4 Apr 10, 2020 Full Review Dallas King Outtake Mag It is no Fighting With My Family but for hardcore wrestling fans, it makes for mildly entertaining viewing with your family. Rated: 2/5 Nov 11, 2022 Full Review Monique Jones Just Add Color The Main Event is a film that is well-acted and well-told, and it makes you wish it were longer. Sep 14, 2021 Full Review Paul M. Bradshaw NME (New Musical Express) More bellyflop than powerslam... Rated: 2/5 Apr 23, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews
