It takes a strange and fascinating meme, and makes it personal. Go to Full Review

Unfortunately, while the "Mandela Effect" is a fascinating phenomenon, The Mandela Effect proves less than successful in its exploitation of it. Go to Full Review

The Mandela Effect spends far too much time on dry exposition, leaving little room for character development or a compelling narrative. Go to Full Review

Joshua M 6d This guy will do in two days what a Doctor couldn't do in his entire career. Thats because he did his OWN research and spent painstaking hours on youtube and google. This movie is so smart that the credits contain a bibliography of youtube links. His vibe-coding is of such universal importance that the petty voices of women dissolve into inaudible background noise. He can clearly hear the radio station talking about voter fraud though. My main criticism is that when his head starts breaking under the weight of the secrets of the universe, we didnt hear Alex Jones yelling "THEYRE TURNING THE FREAKING FROGS GAY!!!!" See more Justin K Jul 5 Awkwardly emotional movie for me. It’s like someone climbed into my mindset In 2016 and made a movie about it. Stupid amounts of relevant items in the movie I relate also own and when I tried to figure out who Made it in the credits my whole Apple TV wouldn’t load Amazon streaming service though all others worked fine. I always have this issue when I dive into simulation theory. It really doesn’t want me digging deeper. I hate this exists purely because It justifies my mindset. Just like the my first therapist I wound up getting in 2016. Everything matches up except I never hallucinated anything (thank god) Overall I was viciously enjoyed it even though it rattled me to my core. See more Thomas H Mar 9 I read the mixed reviews but the quick summary seemed interesting so I decided to give it some watch time. I was pleasantly surprised at the story line, the cinematography, and the Mandela Effect Theory. For me, it was unimportant if the theory is true or if the characters could have been developed further. The movie was very entertaining. If one can just go with how the characters are feeling and not try to dissect if individual events can actually happen the way they did in the movie, then he or she is in for a real treat! See more MATIAS P Jan 10 Fascinating. At times it makes you think without being affected by watching this movie or it could be affecting your reality just like the protagonist. See more Rachel B 10/24/2024 Very entertaining and thoughtful. Great ending See more Late P 10/21/2024 very short movie about the mandela effect, it did some cool things at the beginning but the runtime is short and it does not delve deeper into characters, plot, or much of anything, just stays surface leaving more questions than it answers.
