While this film could have benefitted from tighter editing, the tale, setting, and characters combine to create a compelling mystery. Go to Full Review

The Ripoll character’s arc is underdeveloped, as if the filmmakers sought to avoid cliches and ended up avoiding anything of interest. Go to Full Review

The Marked Woman becomes less interesting as the story unfolds, to the point that the revealed case, which is hardly original, becomes almost irrelevant to the viewer. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

David H. @rivrocks 3d We are left to our own presumptions and assumptions to figure out what's going on. There is no context and nothing to entice us to want to play guessing games to figure it out. The actors, the sets, and the dialogue all seem tired. See more Diedre S. @drpsy21 Jun 12 It has a lot of twist and turns. Very interesting. See more ARNEZ C. @Arny6tearz Jun 12 This kind of reminded me of Nikita It was pretty awesome to see memory lost after getting beaten and then find the fight inside of her See more LAA A @LAA84 Jun 11 This film kicks off with two sisters trying to escape the grip of trafficking gangs in Barcelona. Things get tense when one sister is found in a shipping container, memory wiped, sparking a desperate search for the other. Story: 1.5/2 – Strong idea, emotional setup. Plot: 1/2 – Decent but predictable. Acting: 1/2 – Very average. Effects: 1/2 – Basic, nothing special. Enjoyment: 0.5/2 – Slow and dull pacing. 👉 Overall: 4/10 – A film with potential, but too flat and sluggish to really grip you. See more Theo S. Hro + @RT09212872 Jun 11 Maybe some of the essential essence is lost in translation to english, this is not a good film. Not a bad storyline but the acting and casting is bad + Horrible fight scene See more Bill T. @btreakle Jun 9 “The Marked Woman” This one here is definitely a great movie about corruption espionage and who done it type of film. A young woman try to find her Mr. who has got herself wrapped up in things that she should not have. Very twists and turns lying and cheating and deception. The setting is perfect for this type of film in Barcelona Spain and the production is been very well done. Not familiar with this cast but they all do a superb job in telling this story. i recommend this film I recommend this film See more Read all reviews
