Test T I watched this on DVD recently. It's from 1960, but somehow feels older. The story has promise, and there is a talented cast to deliver it, but sadly I felt it underperformed failing to reach it's potential. I thought Sophia Loren performed well, but Peter Sellers not so much. I'm puzzled why he tends to play Indian's, because it seems so strange to me. I found the pace too slow, and I thought that the film appeared to be held back by the technology available when it was made in terms of lighting and image quality. It wasn't terrible by any measure, and at a nostalgic level I could recommend it. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 06/09/24 Full Review Tom M This is a tough movie to rate. Quite frankly, Sophia Loren is very funny through the entire movie and Peter Sellers is really dull. The story is more complex (and maybe a little longer) than it needs to be. But Sophia is as stunning as always. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/26/20 Full Review Audience Member Not so good. Script? Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member the world's richest woman finds there is a catch to go with her inheritance Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member Loren and Sellers try hard but can't make a mountain out of a mole hill. Loren looks lovely, though. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Should have been so much better! Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews
