Audience Member A pretty good cowboy film for being made in 1931. A young boy is going to be reunited with his father, upon his arrival to Mile City his father is shot and killed in a saloon, but Billy Cody comes to the rescue. A shiftless bar owner now has the deed to the fathers ranch and its up to bill Cody to get it back. 60 minutes of old cowboy big screen Saturday matinee stuff. Kind of funny to see Bill Cody change hats in this movie starts out with a huge white hat but after his friend the boys father is killed he wears a black on which is much smaller. Did he change it because it was to dam big to ride around and film this movie? Or did he change it cause he went bad for a few minutes. Either way one of the better cowboy movies from the 1930-1940 time frame. 3 1/2 stars Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews
