Deborah Ross The Spectator I just hoped for more vaudevillian anarchy and less sentimentality. Sometimes, it is a mistake to revisit your childhood with the same expectations. Aug 31, 2018 Full Review Sophie Mayer Sight & Sound It's a film for 2012, for the 99 per cent, for the Occupiers who have been criticised as Starbucks-quaffing smartphone revolutionaries seeking a rainbow connection that could only be called 'kermunism'. Samuel W The Muppets never exactly left, they have always been around. But this movie proves exactly why that is a fact. With a very emotional storyline of reuniting, rekindling passion, and finding out who you are, this movie can get into some teary-eyed territories and hit close to home. The Muppets have always been a sign of love, friendship, and unity between all of them and their different kinds, and this movie showcases it in a beautiful way. It is certainly a love letter to Jim Henson and the characters he and Frank Oz built for us all those years ago. This movie is one I have always looked back on fondly, and I will be glad to see it again in the future. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/01/25 Full Review Garrett B An amazing comeback for the franchise Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/30/24 Full Review Stephen C LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/29/24 Full Review Orba B Wonderfully Charming As someone who has watched this movie millions of times,This movie has great songs, good comedy and most of all muppets. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/03/24 Full Review Audience Member its amazing to see the Muppets again in top form even after a decade 12 years have passed and it seems like the world has forgotten all about the warm-hearted, loving Muppets but this movie has dozens of your favorite characters come back in the most unexpected of ways Jason Segel and Amy Adams contribute somewhat to the main plot, and Walter seems pretty cool its a shame though we don't get re-introduced to the many Muppets that touched a generation of audiences long ago the songs for me didn't stick one bit, but the numerous amount of cameos made me smile and believe that celebrities such as the Muppets themselves still hold a special place in us all the plot could have used some more originality behind it but the kids along with their parents will cheer for joy for the most part Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 11/28/24 Full Review Leo G I don't know a single person, who didn't grow up watching the Muppets. It brings back that childhood nostalgia for most of us, gives that old school vibe while also bringing new school. I loved it, my son loved it. It's definitely for a musical person, as well as a fan of the Muppets. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/17/24 Full Review Read all reviews
