After teenager Chris (Charlie Bean) gets busted for stealing old cars, his father (Charles Taylor) has his older brother, Lance (B. Wyatt), look after him. The two start to form a tight bond, spending time together talking. However, Lance is also involved in illegal underground firearms. Despite keeping this secret, Chris gradually starts to straighten up and stay away from trouble. Once Lance becomes distracted with girls, though, Chris loses time with his brother, which makes him very jealous.
