Audience Member Fred MacMurray was good in this one well worth the watch James Welch, Henderson Arkansas September 19, 2023 Rated 3 out of 5 stars 09/20/23 Full Review Ashley H The Oregon Trail is an okay film. It is about a newspaperman who joins an Oregon Trail wagon train to verify rumors about the U.S. government sending troops disguised as settlers there in order to claim Oregon in 1846. Fred MacMurray and William Bishop give good performances. The script is a little slow in places. Gene Fowler Jr. did an alright job directing this movie.
