Joe Leydon Variety Shane Abbess' familiar but diverting indie sci-fi action-adventure details the intergalactic consequences of corporate malfeasance. Oct 6, 2017 Full Review Michael Rechtshaffen Los Angeles Times A perfectly serviceable B-movie. Oct 5, 2017 Full Review Andy Webster New York Times A cellblock riot, a spaceship dogfight, a bar brawl, a hospital trauma, violent encounters with C.G.I. beasts - there is little Mr. Abbess won't toss into this delirious, overheated stew. Oct 5, 2017 Full Review Leigh Monson Substream Magazine The Osiris Child doesn't stand alone and has little hope of actually continuing beyond its dangling promise of an ending. However, there's a charm and audacity in its ambitions that can't be ignored, either. Rated: 2.5/5 Oct 1, 2020 Full Review Emilie Black Cinema Crazed The Osiris Child is definitely a science-fiction epic with a family drama at its center. It feels like the start to something bigger, a world in which many adventures could be had. Rated: 3.5/5 Apr 14, 2020 Full Review Elias Savada Film International The Osiris Child plays as a derivative space western, with escalating excursions into gunfights that are just video game shoot-em-ups. Despite feeling this movie should work, it doesn't. Rated: 1.5/5 Mar 4, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

Matt V The story was a lot more complex than I anticipated for a B movie. The special effects were fine and the action was good. The ending didn't make much sense...hence the not great review. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/30/24 Full Review leonel M I would like to highlight the ridiculous monsters and the plot, which is sometimes meaningless. A clear example of when a film is made that is bigger than its budget. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 08/28/24 Full Review Georgan G 3.25 stars. A pretty good B movie. Why the 99% Australian cast all had American accents is odd. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/01/24 Full Review Cinephemeride [ despite a good script, this science fiction film gets lost in laborious staging and incessant flashbacks. There was potential but the fairly average special effects ended up dragging this film down. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 12/25/23 Full Review Liam D Despite it being an indie movie it's a very enjoyable sci-fi adventure Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Almost gave it 3 stars but it's extremely visually stunning scenes at times pushes it over to a recommendation review. This action packed science fiction never stops moving and the high budget makes it a winner! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Read all reviews
