Peter Bradshaw Guardian Like a sombre archaeological dig, this documentary disinters the 1990s Oslo peace process between Israel and the Palestinian Liberation Organisation. Rated: 3/5 Sep 27, 2018 Full Review Kenneth Turan Los Angeles Times A story that is heartening and heartbreaking by turn. Aug 23, 2018 Full Review Kimber Myers The Playlist Most of the film generally isn't as interesting as the real-life drama might imply, making this viewing for history junkies and political fans only, rather than a documentary with crossover appeal for those who nodded off in history class. Rated: C+ Jan 26, 2018 Full Review Roger Catlin rogercatlin.com An enlightening documentary that goes behind the secret, even illegal, negotiations that came the closest to finding peace in the Middle East. Sep 13, 2018 Full Review Chris Barsanti Film Journal International Devastating, resonant documentary account of the secret 1993 Israeli-Palestinian peace talks succeeds by sticking with its subject well past the flashbulb-signing ceremony. Aug 23, 2018 Full Review Danielle Solzman Cultured Vultures The Oslo Diaries provides an even-handed approach to the 1992 Israeli-Palestinian peace talks. Aug 20, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Love loved loved!!! So amazing Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member The movie characterizes the will of the Israeli people as extreme and the current prime minister as the barrier for peace, the diaries along with the Israeli politicians presented in this film are far left Israeli politicians that by vast majority of the Israeli public opinion sold Israeli security needs to a radical terror organization which is the PLO and brought their leader Yasser Arafat back from exile. The years following this failed agreement brought blood to the streets of Israel and cost the lives of innocent civilians. Yossi bailin that was drafting the Geneva accords was willing to give the arabs so called Palestinians everything they wanted and thus was refused. All and all a one sided movie made by the extreme left in Israel. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Great amalgamation of journal entries, news footage, amateur video, and original interviews make an otherwise potentially dry subject both dramatic and educational. Although the film clearly comes from a pro-Oslo Accord viewpoint, other political viewpoints are shared as well to keep things rounded. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Read all reviews
