Audience Member Only giving this 1 1/2 stars based on the fairly accurate set designs and clothing that retains a certain rustic and authentic look... But everything else was a bore...... acting was very static and lacked any believeble emotion, and although humorous because of it's randomality, the unnecessary sex scenes with the not so likable plougman were, ah well unnecessary ha.... so yeah another shit movie to trade off but atleast i got this one cheap. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie probably wasn't that bad it was just boring. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Fairly good story on a very low budget. Could have been much better with a bigger production. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Well...let's just say I have definitely seen a hell lot of better movies. "The Pagan Queen" is a low-budget production with a plot (and based on an idea) that is (are) not totally bad...however, the script is poorly written, the acting is a catastrophe, the editing is not exactly convincing either and the dialogues are...well, they actually ARE really bad. Pretty shots of landscape and a decent score cannot save this movie anymore. Pity. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie was grade A boring...I guess we have been spoiled by the likes of Peter Jackson because the the Story line of The Pagan Queen was rushed and dialogue was awkward and made no sense at times. I'm sick of people who think the fantasy genre is just a bunch of medieval marauders running around the country side pilfering and killing. There has to be a believable plot in order to make a great fantasy film. This is lacking in all areas: plot, wardrobe and acting. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member It was an epic heart stopping journey through a beautiful mid-evil Europe. You will be captivated by the wonderful casting and acting jobs in this film. I have never seen a better depiction of mid-evil war and conquest. The female actors were all beautiful and held an intimidating prowess met only by the majestic returns to their dialogue by the male actors. The plot takes you on a quest of epic proportions into the mind of a mad genius of a beautiful and tastefully written story. Five stars all around.
