Leah (Shannon Sturges) goes mad with rage after her little brother is killed by a drunk driver (Michele Greene). First, she exacts revenge on the injured motorist, whose life support system she switches off. Then she sets her sights on Robert Steward (Perry King), the doctor who failed to save her brother's life. Leah executes an intricate plan: She assumes a false identity, seduces the doctor, marries him and then begins quietly killing his patients in an attempt to destroy his reputation.
