After her car is stolen, Amanda (Lake Latimer) meets Eli (Eric Tate) at the impound lot. He offers to drive her home, and they begin a tentative romance. What Amanda doesn't know is that it was he who stole her car. Remorseful about what he's done, Eli tries to change his ways. But that becomes difficult, especially when he gets wrapped up in a criminal scheme with street hustler Harper (Lindsey Roberts) and massage parlor entrepreneur Cowboy Earl (T.C. Sharpe).
